Do you ever feel like you want to help someone and just don't know how? You offer suggestions and either they don't sound right to you or the other person, or the other person has excuses of why whatever you suggest just wonít work. In this course you will learn how to guide someone to find the answers from spirit on their own. You'll learn how to teach someone to journey and establish their own spirit coaches. You'll learn how to teach them the most effective questions, and how to figure out the answers from the metaphors shown in journeys. This is a wonderful course for those who are already healers, it offers another technique to work with a client. You must already know how to journey to take this course, and the course must be taken as a whole, not 3 separate workshops.

Dates: 4/10; 5/22; & 6/19, 2010

Time: noon-5 p.m.

Cost: $195, payable in 3 installments of $65.

Journeying to the Spirit of the Acupuncture Points

This course is designed for Acupuncturists, Acupuncture students, or Shiatsu practitioners or students. It is recommended that participants attend either the Introduction to shamanic journeying class or the Introduction to journeying with the Spirit of the Acupuncture points, but not required. In this four part course, participants will have meaningful interactions through shamanic journeying with many points which are used regularly in the practice of Acupuncture or Shiatsu. New information about the points wonít be given, however the experiences which will be expressed via writing, song, art, or poetry, will greatly enhance the practitionerís ability to use intention in the treatment room and amplify the treatment. This course must be taken as a whole, not four separate workshops.

Dates: 3/27; 5/1; 6/5; & 7/10, 2010

Time: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Lunch break 1 hour)

Cost: $340, payable in 4 installments of $85

Introduction to Journeying with the Spirit of the Acupuncture Points

This course is designed for Acupuncturists, Acupuncture students, or Shiatsu practitioners or students. It is recommended that participants attend an Introduction to Shamanic journeying before attending this class, but not required. The Ancient Asians named the Acupuncture points and told us there were spirits associated with those points. In this intro, the participants will have several experiences journeying to points and will have an opportunity to decide whether or not they would like to continue with the full course, which meets four times. Participants of this intro will take away a deeper relationship with the points they journeyed to, which can be used to enhance their intention in the treatment room.

Introduction to Shamanic Journeying

In this four hour class participants will learn an overview of Shamanism: where it comes from, and how it is expressed in the modern world. Participants will experience 2-3 shamanic journeys and be introduced to the shamanic view and treatment of illness. There will be three of these one time courses offered in 2010.

Dates: Jan 30, 2010; May 15, 2010, and Sept 18, 2010.

Time: 1-5 p.m.

Cost: $50 for new participants, $25 for repeat participants, and free for repeat participants if they bring someone new. $25 for Acupuncture Students.

Registration deadlines: Jan 15, 2010 for first class, May 1, 2010 for second class, and Sept 3, 2010 for third class.
