  2. 2.  What shamanic/spiritual experience do you already have?
  3. 3.  Have you ever participated in a residential program?  Describe.
  4. 4.  What are some of your strengths?
  5. 5.  What are some of your weaknesses?
  6. 6.  How committed will you be to this program?
  7. 7.  Talk about yourself as a person, not what you do for a living.
  8. 8.  Are you willing to take responsibility for your own healing, i.e.           not blame others for your buttons and triggers?  Talk about this.
  9. 9.  Give examples of how you are with keeping confidentiality.

Send completed application, essay and a $100 deposit to Deanna Slate, 504 Knollwood Dr., Annapolis, MD 21401.  Your deposit will be returned to you if you are not accepted into the program, otherwise it is non-refundable and will be applied to your tuition.

The number of participants will be limited and will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. You will need to submit a $100 deposit with your application to hold your space. If you are not accepted into the program your deposit will be returned to you. Once you are accepted the deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to the cost of the program.  

The cost of the program is $3000, payable at $375 per session.  This fee includes room, food and supplies as well as instruction. To apply to the program send a check for $100, made out to Deanna Stennett, along with your application to:
